• Use smaller plates than usual to dine.
• When you eat, share a meal with your
partner or a friend.
• Separate a third or a quarter of the food
on your plate and move it to one side before you start eating, then let the
plate intact at the end of the meal.
• Eat small amounts of food every two hours
